Vol. 01 — A press for the spoken word MMXXVI

Some ideas deserve more than a play count.

I turn your podcast back catalogue into printed booklets and written editions — things your clients can hold, mark up, and put on their desk.

Small studio. Careful work. A handful of creators each season.

§ 01 The Premise

A podcast is a conversation. A booklet is something you keep.

You record for hours. You hit publish. The numbers do their thing. And by next week, that brilliant point you made — the one you'd build a whole workshop around — is buried somewhere around the 38-minute mark of episode 47.

Podcasts are wonderful, but they're slippery. You can't dog-ear them. You can't highlight a passage. You can't hand one to a friend and say read this.

That's what I build — the other half. The half that lives on a shelf instead of a feed. The half your audience actually keeps.

§ 02 Three forms, one idea

Three ways your podcast becomes something to hold.

All three start the same way: I spend time with your back catalogue, learn how you talk, then write you onto the page.

01 — Booklet

The Edition

A printed booklet built from one of your best episodes — or a series, or a recurring theme. Twelve to twenty-four pages, properly typeset, made to be read in one sitting and kept on a shelf.

02 — Letter

The Letter

A long-form written version of each episode, in your voice, for your paid subscribers. No scrubbing through audio. No lost ideas.

03 — Library

The Catalogue

Your whole back catalogue, slowly turned into a printed library. Episode by episode, edition by edition — a shelf instead of a feed.

§ 03 Who this is for

For coaches and consultants a hundred episodes in.

If you have an established podcast, a paying community, and clients who expect premium — you've already done the hard part. The content exists. I turn it into the object that matches the price point.

I work with a small number of coaches and consultants each season. People with a back catalogue worth publishing, a business built around their ideas, and clients who'd genuinely value something physical. Not every podcast is a fit — but if yours is, you'll know.

The Edition is where most clients start: one booklet on a steady rhythm — a strong onboarding piece, a community drop, or a gift for your top clients.

The Catalogue is the long game: your back catalogue turned into a proper printed library, episode by episode.

The Letter is the easiest way in: a written companion to each episode for your paid subscribers.

If your podcast is good, this is the next thing to build.

I take on a few new clients each season. Send us your work and a few lines about what you're thinking.
